What this site is
A specialist reference on one jurisdiction. Not fifty free zones with a paragraph each — Abu Dhabi Global Market, in depth, with every figure traced to a document ADGM published. There are currently 104 verified facts drawn from 53 primary sources, each carrying the date it was last checked.
It is published by HenryClub Advisory, the same organisation behind henryclub.ae and a sister site covering DIFC to the same standard.
What we do
We help founders, investors and families work out which structure fits the objective, what the process genuinely involves, and what it will cost — then, where a licensed provider is needed, we introduce you to one.
Most enquiries arrive with a goal rather than a specification: protect these assets, admit this investor, move the family’s holdings somewhere with a proper court. Turning that into the right entity in the right jurisdiction is the work.
What we are not
HenryClub Advisory is not a licensed corporate service provider. We are an independent information and referral service. We do not incorporate companies, file with the ADGM Registration Authority, or provide regulated services of any kind. Everything published here is general information drawn from official ADGM, FSRA and UAE government sources.
When you enquire, we introduce you to established, licensed corporate service providers suited to your structure and activity. Your engagement, fees and quotation are agreed directly with that provider, not with us.
This matters more than a disclaimer usually does, because it shapes what you read here. We are not paid to place you in a jurisdiction, so telling you that ADGM will not work costs us nothing — and it is frequently the correct answer, most often for overseas readers who cannot satisfy the SPV nexus requirement. A site that earned a formation fee could not afford to lead with that.
How we verify things
The rules, in short — the full version is on the sources page:
- Primary sources only. ADGM, the FSRA, ADGM Courts, or the relevant UAE federal authority. Never a competitor, an aggregator or a law-firm client alert.
- Figures carry their version. Every ADGM fee here comes from the ADGM Schedule of Fees, version dated January 2025. ADGM cut several licence fees by half or more from January 2025, so an undated figure can be roughly double the truth.
- Government charges are published; totals are not.ADGM’s own fees are verifiable in one click, so we state them. A setup total depends on your structure and provider, and a headline figure that later differs from a real quotation helps nobody.
- Where two official sources disagree, we say so rather than quietly picking the flattering one.
- Unknowns are admitted. If an authority publishes nothing, the page says so. A reader cannot tell a plausible guess from a fact, which is exactly why we do not make them.
Who writes and reviews it
Every guide is written by Mirza Seraj Baig, Founder, HenryClub Advisory. One author, no ghostwriters, no invented bylines.
Pages are reviewed before publishing, by topic, by two named specialists:
- Jashvantkumar Prajapati — Corporate Advisor (CSP-licensed)
- CA Akbar Ali — Financial & Regulatory Specialist
Both are real, independently verifiable people with published profiles, each assigned only to topics they can speak to. The reviewer named on a page and the reviewer in that page’s structured data are read from the same function, so they cannot drift apart.
The organisation’s Google rating of 5.0 from 18 reviews is the live Google Business Profile record. We do not inflate it, and it is re-checked before each deploy.
