What to expect, and what we cannot do
What you get.An answer about which ADGM structure fits your objective, what the process involves, which of ADGM’s published charges apply to you, and what else to budget for. Where an eligibility test is in play — the SPV nexus requirement most often — you will be told plainly whether you are likely to satisfy it, before anything is spent.
What we cannot do. We are not a licensed corporate service provider. We do not incorporate companies, file with the ADGM Registration Authority, issue quotations, or provide regulated services of any kind. Where your structure needs a provider, we introduce you to established licensed ones and you agree fees and engagement directly with them.
And what we will say if it applies. That ADGM is the wrong jurisdiction for you. That happens more often than the industry admits — most commonly where someone wants a holding vehicle but has no genuine connection to the UAE or GCC, or where a general free zone would serve a straightforward trading business better and cheaper.
